Teqball is an international group with operations in Budapest, Luxembourg, Dublin, Los Angeles and Shanghai. We are involved in designing, manufacturing, and selling our own branded sports equipment and sports technology whilst also driving our sport to the forefront of sports recognition. The Team Assistant shall actively support the wider sport department to develop, manage and deliver key projects in line with the strategic plan. The role also has a significant part to play working by ensuring the ongoing operational activities of the Federation are successfully met and aligned to the objectives as detailed in the annual sport business plan. The Team Assistant shall bring industry-related and/or transferable knowledge, event/sport contacts and overall project management experience to FITEQ.


  • Coordination and organisation of management meetings, diaries and appointments
  • Supporting day-to-day work of the sport department with administrative tasks
  • Managing relations with external partners and internal management
  • Governing and managing documentation, helping management with preparing, editing and duplicating documents
  • Keeping to document deadlines
  • Other business-related tasks, assistance with management requests (organising business trips, public relations, etc.)
  • Complete other such event duties and activities as directed

Job requirements


  • Fluent English and French language skills
  • Native Hungarian language knowledge
  • Relevant experience in a similar field
  • A knowledge of, and passion for, sport and its impact on society and its values
  • Self‐starter and quick learner who can manage his or her own time
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good organisational, administrative and project management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, professional and polite
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of an interdependent team
