Social Media Manager - TeqShop

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to manage Teq shop's social media presence. Teq shop was designed to fulfill all teqers needs and was launched in 2021. It has the latest playing accessories and merchandise, from activewear to the well known TEQ table, and we are constantly innovating by bringing new lifestyle apparels to our marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, creating content, and engaging with our online community.


  • Managing Social Media accounts on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Keep social media KPIs, track and report on results, as well as analyze the impact of social media initiatives on various KPIs (i.e. followers, growth trends, campaign successes); suggest optimization tactics
  • Continuously optimize content and creative assets to meet institutional goals and campaign objectives
  • Search and collect daily content on Social Media platforms
  • Coordination of daily tasks in existing system (ASANA)
  • Creating the content calendar for 2-3 weeks in advance
  • Helping engage and grow our audiences: this will include creating and editing content on phone (video and graphic materials as well), publishing, and updating content on the pages
  • Potentially design photo, video, and social media assets in-house, as necessary
  • Facilitating online conversations with our public and responding to queries
  • Proficiency in social media research and maintaining adept computer skills utilizing third-party platforms and databases to explore investigatory research avenues
  • Analyzing, tracking and reporting social media analytics
  • Work with policy and communications teams to strategize and develop content across channels
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors on crafting informative, attractive content
  • Proficiency with MS Office,¬†CapCut, InShot, Canva etc.

  • Experience managing and/or producing content (on phone) for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Minimal Experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize with changes in scale, scope, and project deadlines
  • Advanced English knowledge
