Purchase to Pay Process Owner

The P2P / Purchase to Pay Process Owner is managing the purchase order process across all indirect categories including general services, IT hardware, software, facilities management, office supplies and others.


  • Coordinating the entire procure to pay process including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt documentation and invoice matching
  • Making sure all processes are managed and approvals are obtained by policy and procedures in place
  • Matching supplier invoices to goods received documents and purchase orders and following up on any variances with the relevant department accordingly
  • Working with Management, Stakeholders, Legal and Finance to ensure the purchase order approval matrix is kept up to date and communicated to all concerned
  • Maintaining procure to pay records accurately and producing regular or ad-hoc reports on purchase requisitions and purchase orders; presenting data at meetings on request
  • Managing goods receipt documentation and keeping records of supplier performance
  • Assisting requisitioners and/or buyers with gathering data, preparing spend analysis and obtaining quotations from suppliers on request
  • Maintaining and supporting the improvement of the procure to pay process, policies and procedures in collaboration with key Stakeholders
  • Guiding and educating the wider teams on the correct ways of working and making improvement proposals if necessary
