Personal Assistant to CEO

Job description

Teqball is an international group with operations in Budapest, Luxembourg, Dublin, Los Angeles and Shanghai. We are involved in designing, manufacturing, and selling our own branded sports equipment and sports technology whilst also driving our sport to the forefront of sports recognition. This position is made for you if you like to manage many things at the same time but don't like the typical office work. In this role, you will work closely with one of our founders, manage his calendar, organize trips, events and meetings, doing some research... and your days will never be the same. You can gain great experience and develop many soft skills. We are looking for a motivated, flexible, self-driven candidate for this role.


  • Supporting the professional work of CEO
  • Keeping in contact with partners
  • Various project coordination
  • Organizing and participating in business trips
  • Organize management and professional meetings and monitor the fulfilment of the delegated tasks
  • Perform any other task assigned by the CEO
  • Coordinate cross-departmental tasks within the Group
  • Foster the communication of the CEO’s instructions to different individuals/organizations
  • Collect, organize, evaluate and interpret business, operation or organization related information

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of working experience preferably in a similar role, or as an office manager, receptionist
  • Fluency in English both written and oral, any other European language is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • A flexible, reliable, proactive personality combined with a precise and fast working style
  • Ability to work independently and solve upcoming problems creatively
