Teqball is an international group with operations in Budapest, Luxembourg, Dublin, Los Angeles and Shanghai. We are involved in designing, manufacturing, and selling our own branded sports equipment and sports technology whilst also driving our sport to the forefront of sports recognition. The Para Teqball Coordinator shall actively contribute to the para teqball team that will develop, manage, and deliver key projects in line with the strategic plan. The role also has a part to play working closely with the Para Teqball Manager to ensure the operational activities of para teqball are successfully met aligned to the objectives as detailed in the annual sport business plan.


  • Assist and support the development and management of specific operational deliverables relating to para teqball
  • Assist and support the development of para teqball tournament system and event structure
  • Support the development of governance, management and operational policies, procedures and projects
  • Support the management relating to the mechanics, activities and compliance of the sport business plan
  • Provide administrative, operational, and managerial expertise
  • Complete other such duties and activities as directed by Para Teqball Manager and Sport Director
  • Support the development of classification criteria with the professional supervision of external stakeholders
  • Support, manage and communicate with the athletes of the test groups

Job requirements


  • Experience in a similar para sport position (desirable)
  • Experience in sports governance and management on an international scope
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Value-driven personality to be a true ambassador for Teqball and inspire colleagues
  • Broad knowledge of the international sports industry, sports federations, event operations and project management
  • Background in Tournament sports and in sport science or sports management is an asset
  • Accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining a long‐term focus
  • Proven track record of providing managerial leadership to a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to prioritize to efficiently manage projects and deliverables
  • Ability to exert influence and work in a complex environment
  • High ethical standards with the ability to accommodate the requirements of colleagues
