We are currently looking for an HR Generalist for our team of four. We need you if you are enthusiastic about tasks related to onboarding, maternity and benefits; if you work quickly and would like to be part of a fun and supportive group of HR professionals. This position could be the next step in your career as you will juggle many different tasks and positions, and will be the internal ambassador of Teqball policies and values.

TASKS

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle with special regard to onboarding, maternity, benefits and labour law-related processes
• Being first point of contact from offer acceptance through probation end evaluation
• Being an expert on HR matters (HR system, policies, benefits)
• Being responsible for payroll preparation duties
• Taking part in various HR projects
  
• Initiating new processes where necessary or improving the existing ones
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of HR

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of experience as HR Administrator and/or HR Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour law and regulations
• Fluent English language knowledge
• University or college degree, preferably in Human Resources, Economics or Psychology
• Proactive, patient, positive personality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
