We are involved in designing, manufacturing, and selling our own branded sports equipment and sports technology whilst also driving our sport to the forefront of sports recognition. TASKS

  • Reporting directly to the Commercial Director
  • Developing and executing the Media Sales Strategy of FITEQ
  • Leading the linear and digital sales operations of FITEQ
  • Developing relationships with the representatives of the Media Industry (Broadcasters, TV Channels, OTT platforms)
  • Finalizing the sales of FITEQ’s online or digital production signals and advertising content – including by working with colleagues to ensure that the design and placement of the adverts meet the contractual obligations of FITEQ
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and driving the business development efforts of FITEQ
  • Following the standards of the broadcast and media sales industry
  • Developing all media sales materials, including decks, promotional documents, etc. along with the marketing team
  • Developing the KPIs of the Media Sales Team
  • Creating comprehensive reports for the FITEQ Leadership
  • Leading the R&I efforts of FITEQ


Job requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Working experience in an international sport federation
  • Relevant professional network in the media sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Agile, proactive personality with a "can-do" attitude
