We are involved in designing, manufacturing, and selling our own branded sports equipment and sports technology whilst also driving our sport to the forefront of sports recognition.   • Design, create and implement a global marketing strategy to ensure the growth of visibility, perception and coverage of the company, its products, and its affiliates
  • Design a successful marketing strategy to represent and strengthen the brand of Teqball as a sport and also any affiliated brand merchandising branches
  • Work together with Communications and PR department to ensure a viable strategy for the overall representation of the Group as Teqball family – including marketing channels
  • Cooperate with the Sports Director and the Community Sports Relations Director while creating and offering a marketing strategy for related activities and representation of national federations and events
  • Manage digital marketing platforms, coordinate a team of channel specialists (SEM, Display, Affiliates, Mobile, Direct Mail, Social) and marketing professionals while planning the media presence for our products
  • Plan and create digital marketing plans, develop the performance strategy with follow up monitoring and testing (ROI experience needed)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create, optimize, and handle the performance media budget across all channels to meet our business targets
  • Build an outstanding marketing engine across tracking, attribution, and optimization
  • Develop print, billboard, and digital marketing campaigns as well as radio and television advertising spots
  • Take responsibility for publicity, branding, and in-game advertising
  • Develop promotional campaigns may include product giveaways — own merchandise — during events and games
  • Oversee digital marketing campaign management and reporting, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising and in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, SEO and incrementality
  • Work together with the Fundraising and Sponsorship, respectively with the Advertising and Broadcasting team to ensure constant growth on strengthening the Group’s presence on the market
  • Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services
  • Create and coordinate the implementation of engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on the latest sports world, trends and marketing technologies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

Job requirements


  • Native-level English language skills (additional language is a plus)
  • BA in marketing, communication, or related studies
  • 10+ years experience in marketing and performance/growth
  • 5+ years experience with direct oversight of SEM, display, retargeting, paid social, and funnel optimization
  • 5+ years experience in people management (preferably with remote team members)
  • 5+ years of experience working in sports, media, entertainment
  • Knowledge of international markets, a solid background in digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
